Message | The Progressive Party does not support this. The military should be on a volunteer basis. |

Message | If there comes the need for more men in a war, and we cannot provide them due to having a volunteer military, then how are you expecting the military to defend our freedoms, our people? |

Message | TSP views this matter with a little confusion. If the men of Rutania cannot be expected to serve their own defense willingly, are they worthy of being defended? Further, it is a little troubling that the OP would sacrifice only our best and brightest to serve as cannon-fodder in time of war. Why should only those who have completed their schooling go? Would this not harm the country economically? It should be remembered that in times of war the home from is vital to our nation's success. On the whole, there are plenty of ways to incentivize military service (raising military pay, service benefits, etc.), and if we fall short of troops we have no shortage of allies who may come to our aid. Although we appreciate the sentiment behind this bill, TSP opposes it. |

Message | Is the Orange Party expecting to get Rutania involved in a war in the near future? Is the Orange Party planning on drafting working class Rutanians to fight this war for them? The RSWP is wary of the OP's motives here. |

Message | We do not plan on engaging in any wars in the future, what military assets we have are meant to be deterrents. And your statement apparently contrasts with that of TSP. Perhaps the working class is worse off than prior thought, as they cannot even properly read proposed legislation. And to answer TSP, this schooling is secondary education, so it is not necessarily the best and brightest. |
