MessageThe state of Hutori recognises the Noocratic Movement as the rightful rulers of Telamon. We now ask them to appoint King George I the King of Telamon. We remember as both your two parties voted in favour of this proposal (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=300363) and we wish to see an identical one pass through this House. This will bring Telamon a new era of prosperity under a Noocratic Majority rule government. Even though Telamon law states only the Head-of-State can propose a Cabinet, Hutori will refuse to acknowledge a CCP Prime Minister because they are in the minority.

We hope that adherence of the appointment of George I as King of Telamon puts war behind our nations and moves us towards a new era of good relations and prosperity.

MessageRegardless of the Primary Party being Noocratic Movement Party the Head of State was elected by the people to be the CCP and thus our rule over the decision making proposal of the Cabinet is granted by law. The Republic of Telamon has underwent transformation and is currently under Communist Revolutionary rule. Under this we have barred all Foreign access into the nation and have recently under the Axis Military Treaty which ensures our protection from foreign powers.

We are therefore under no obligation to continue with any further debate over the installment of King George I as ruler over the nation of Telamon.

Signed,
Chairman Mike Faulkner, CCP

MessageShall i remind the CNP that they recieved less than 40% of the popular vote. It would appear over the years they have manufactured the Telamoni electoral system to benefit their own ends. It would also be wise to point out that the Noocratic Movement did not put forward a candidate for the Presidency. Hutori also abhorrs communists and we see the CNP as an extremely unstable organisation that has gone from Communism to Imperialism now to Nationalism. Obviously this movement cannot properly govern a nation with feuding factions in its own organisations.

Hutori is demanding that the CNP adhere to our demands and we point out that a fragile peace was founded upon the appointment of George I as King of Telamon. Failure to do so would be a complete undermining of previous promises and the Hutori Nazi Movement may be forced to take further action.

MessageThe Hutori Empire is limited in their actions towards us as the Ratification of the Axis Military Treaty ensures us that all member nations are obligated not to force military conflict upon one another. Therefore your ability to wage war against Telamon is not valid unless you remove yourself from the Treaty. Furthermore the CNP is the most active political party in Telamon regardless of our name change the movement for a better Telamon still continues.

MessageIn light of these new developments the Hutori Nazi Movement will consider withdrawing Hutori from the Axis. Hutorian agression shall continue towards Telamon whether we stay a part of the Axis or not - of that the CNP can be assured. Given that the Noocratic Movement did not vote for the Axis Treaty we ask them to remove Telamon from the Axis as they hold the majority vote to withdraw Telamon from the Axis Military Agreement. The HNM will find ways to make Telamon our own regardless of CNP intervention. They shall rue the day when they break off promises with the Hutori Totalitarian State.
