| Given that se seem to have a bigger surplus than I thought we would, I would like to cut some of our other taxes. Therefore, I propose to stimulate business growth by cutting Corporation Tax by 3%, down to 12%. If there is still a surplus then I may consider proposing that we cut sales tax. |
