This is to be distributed to the Non-Profit organization that produces the best research as deemed important by the National Assembly of Parties by a 50% + 1 vote.

MessageNot a bad bill if you ask me because it is reather self rewarding for the country as R&D leads to richer countries with greater overall wealth and educational systems.

MessageWhy not simply fund government research? If we only fund the best private research, we have no control over the direction of that research. What good would it do to fund the best research in cosmetics when what we really need is bridge engineering?
