The Government shall propose 2% of its GDP to fund research and development for technology, and health and human saftey reseach and Technology. This is to be distributed to the Non-Profit organization that produces the best research as deemed important by the National Assembly of Parties by a 50% + 1 vote. |

Message | Why not simply fund government research? If we only fund the best private research, we have no control over the direction of that research. What good would it do to fund the best research in cosmetics when what we really need is bridge engineering? |
