WHEREAS the continual presence of armed, mobilized military unit positioned on the Southern side of threatens peace in Indrala WHEREAS the demilitarization of the border region is key to peaceful reunification THEREFORE the Legislative Yuan enacts the following: 1. The Military of the Great Xinhan Dynastic Empire must demobilize and withdraw from the border region 2. The military may not play a part in border security 3. Only civilian border police constables may manned crossings and postings on either side of border |

Message | Mr. Speaker, When stating that the military may not play a role in border security, this bill implies that once Indrala is united, no military officials may be placed at the border. If a new bill is created that states that no military may play a part of border security during peacetime when Indrala is not united, then we shall vote yes. We yield. |
