Message | Remember, we had about a $124 billion surplus. With this new spending bill, we will bring spending with revenue, leaving the surplus at about $1 billion, while increasing the budget by $2 billion for the Ministry of Finance, by $30 billion for Infrastructure and transport(each has 5 time their old amount of money to spend now), increasing Health and Social Services by 9 billion(9 times the old amount), Food and Agriculture gets the same increase, Envrionment and Tourism spending is increased by ten times the old amount, or by 40.5 billion, and the trade and industry gets the same increase as infrastructure and transport. Lots of more and better services for the people, we only have our massive surplus to thank. And we do not get a deficit. |
