Bill: Taxation Fairness

Details

Submitted by[?]: Partidul Aristocraţie

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 3021

Description[?]:

Since we provide absolutely no service whatsoever to the nation, it is unfair for us to expect the people to pay any tax. Besides, we can't afford a single tax collector anyway. And we need to reconcile our laws with the absolute idiocy of having no funding for anything.

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map.

Random quote: "The decadent international but individualistic capitalism in the hands of which we found ourselves after the war is not a success. It is not intelligent. It is not beautiful. It is not just. It is not virtuous. And it doesn't deliver the goods." - John Maynard Keynes
