| Message | Mr. Speaker, This would make Lodamun vulnerable during potential times of crisis. For example, if there was a national disaster, the police would most likely not have the capability to deal with it as well as the military. We would support the ability to call in the military during emergencies but will vote against this bill. I yield. |
