Article 1:
a) This House believes a Socially Incentivising title to be a title that is granted on behalf of the State to an individual for significant contribution to Solentian life, culture, history, economy or society.
b) This House recognisises titles such as "Lord, Lady, Baron, Duke" and other similarly styled ttiles to be included in this definition.

Article 2:
a) This House confirms it's recognition of Socially Incentivising titles.
b) This House confirms it's recognition of the Supreme President's ability to grant such titles as defined in Article 1.
c) This House confirms it's recongition of Socially Incentivising titles used in the past.

Article 3:
a) This Act will pass with more votes in the affirmative than in the negative.
b) This Act may be repealed with more votes in the affirmative than in the negative in a Bill specifically designed to remove it.
