| As the Imperium Selucianum is no longer a party to this treaty, it does not make much sense for the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem to be a party to it, either. Act 1: The Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem hereby withdraws from the treaty known as the "Friends of the Selucian People - Official List (Constitution of the Selucian Republic)" treaty. Act 2: The Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem reserves the right to re-ratify this treaty at any time in the future. Act 3: Despite the withdrawal from this treaty, the Government of the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem still considers the Imperium Selucianum both a de jure ally and friend of the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem, under the stipulations of the Allies and Friends of the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem Act of 2989 (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=299281). |
