Under this bill we are granting the rights of the people to worship freely, promote themselves freely, and to establish a way for all people to collectively ensure their own peace and freedom when it comes to religious doctrine and practice. However this does not include cults or religions based on the sole purpose of eradication of another group of people such actions are not accept.
