| This bill, is to make a message and put into official policy that the act of engaging in aggressive warfare against another nation will henceforth in Darnussia be a crime. If Darnussia engages in aggressive war (ie: invading another nation and not a defensive war) the architects of said invasion and exercising the invasion will be considered criminals and prosecuted under Darnussian law for war crimes. |
