Message | Well, the P.C.P. believes there is a compromiseable position here. Here is the suggestions of the People's Commonwealth Party reguarding this bill: Article 1 - The Party is unsure if this policy effects killing domesticated animals, such as sheep, for meat. If so, then we believe this should be regulated, but allowed. Aricle 2 - The People's Party believes we should at least have moderate pollution standards. Reckless pollution can have undesireable consequences for the environment. No body wants to live in a wasteland, not even conservatives. However, I believe if we are to enforce regulations, such as these, the government should pay for the necessary installations so that the policy does not hamper the progress of industry. Article 3 - We don't feel strongly on this issue, one way or another, but the People's Commonwealth Party does believe that the distiction between "domesticated" and "wild" animals is a fine line and if a citizen want to keep a box turtle they find on the road, who should stop them? However, when it comes to dangerous animals, there should be more regulation. Leaving this issue to local governments is fine with the P.C.P. Article 4 - The People's Party thinks that the current policy is sufficient. Article 5 - We believe that the old policy is still sufficient. Overall - We find that the amount of deregulation to be reckless and the leaving everything to local governments will lead to local competition of these governments, which creates problematic resolutions enacted with the narrow perspective of the local institutions. Commonwealthist ideology states that national regulation is necessary, but should always allow room for an appeal of local governments to make customized solutions for local problems. |
