Bill: RC LOE II Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Independence Union Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 3041

Description[?]:

Ricol Cringe Loe, a boy from Talan, Sayoon, was prohibited by a private education institution from entering into their school because of his race.

Segregation in any form, even if only in private institutions is wrong and we have an obligation to protect the 3rd party minorities from it. I propose that we ban segregation in all institutions to help protect the rights of these minorities.

Message"Mr Speaker,

Our party would be willing to support this measure. We also wish to see an end to segregation in all schools. Despite what could be seen as unnecessary regulation by the government, we believe it is a moral imperative to support equality in all places. I now yield the floor"

Message"Mr. Speaker,

We would first like to thank The Right Honorable David Harrison of Westingshire, Hosamia and are glad to see that the LMP are willing to back our party up on this position but we would like to just make one thing clear. We believe that the government has a responsiblity to protect the interests of 3rd parties, and in this case the minoritis. We do not see this bill as an "unnecessary regulation", but rather see it as very necessary for the prosparity and further equality in Mordusia. I now yield the floor."
