Message | For example if we permit child labour we need to create a new statal agency and bureaucracy in order to control this practice: we should control in a striclty way if these children really sell newspaper or otherwise they are used in other...heavy work. Or with child labour we may create a risky business on children. If children work we should provide them some special pension programmes, assurances and so on. In our opinion there are a lot of "shadows" in this measure. |
