Message | Rt Hon Viscount Hardy MP, NSC Frontbencher, Mr Speaker, this Bill follows in the footsteps of the NSC policy of "equal opportunities". These reforms however are also in NSC policy of not having complete liberalisation. We believe that the Hutorian state should have a say and a somewhat interfering role in its vested interests. Mr Speaker, the three Articles restore the idea of marriage back into Hutori. They give people more freedom and sees Hutori become a more internationally acceptable state. Mr Speaker, the government has been unusually quite and taken a more observational role in recent times. I do hope once again that NSC legislation will be successful once more and can springboard our return back to the offices of government that we held until recently. Mr Speaker, the NSC is a party of government and for us to be outside high office shows that other parties simply conspire against the NSC. |
