Mr Speaker, does the government not regard this as important? The idea behind this Act is to allow people to act freely in public and not just in their own private residence. The NSC is reforming civil liberties as it appears the Labour government is busy reforming other sectors of the Hutori. We ask the government in what context are their remarks made about the choice of a person to kill or not?

Mr Speaker, we thank the government for the clarification. Regarding NSC policy towards conscription we believe that when called upon to serve ones country the people should. The defending of our nation is imperative - isnt it? Would the government not agree? Conscription means that our armies are maximised and ready for all outcomes. It acts as a deterrent for war and makes Hutori appear as a strong nation on the international stage.

Mr Speaker, the NSC policy on conscription is one that puts the safety of the Hutorian state first and i believe lal our citizens would lose this minor liberty to ensure the safety of our great nation.
