MessageMr Speaker,

Our economy has grown tremendously since the last budget thanks to free market conservative economic policies and continues to reign supreme. GDP per capita has als increased and poverty has decreased according to the chancellery. Thus we believe it prudent to increase the defense budget, which can be done without increasing a single tax rate merely by using up the surplus.

Funds will go among other things to fund a large expansion in electronic warfare, which is the weapon of the future.

I yield.

OOC: For RP purposes, the 200 bn pounds in the finance ministries budget are not counted, I will explain why if requested.
