MessageMr Speaker,

We strongly support this fine initiative.

I yield

Furthermore, as Lord Constable in charge of discipline I will preemptively act to dismiss any comments made by the USC during debate for this bill and wave their rights to the floor during debate for this particular bill.

We thank the CIL for their support. We do wish to hear the opinion of the EAP before we motion to vote.

MessageSpeaker,

This bill is nonsense, just like whatever the Constable tried to say. Who does this guy think he is anyway? Lighten up, man!

I yield.

The members of the USC booed loudly at the Constable.

MessageADDENDUM: A mistake was made and is in need of correction. the text should have read: "I as Lord Chamberlain" and not Constable. As per the Privy Council Act. the Lord Chamberlain is not only entitled but responsible for maintaining discipline.

If the USC ever boos anyone again, all of its members shall be escorted out of the Diet, such displays of indiscipline are simply unacceptable.

MessageSpeaker,

Perhaps the CIL is in fear of the dawning of a new age.

I yield.

Random fact: Parties have the ability to endorse another party's candidate for the Head of State election (if there is one). This adds a strategic element to the elections.
