Mr Deputy Speaker, we are somewhat surprised by this Bill. Could the ID's possibly explain their motives behind this Bill to the House? We also ask what the "recognised religions" will be in Hutori and what will the notion of "persecution" of individuals take the form of?

Mr. Deputy Speaker,
We have proposed this bill after reviewing this current legislation in effect regarding Religion. We feel that the current legislation limits people's rights regarding religion. This is an attempt to fix that.
By recognized religions we mean religions which are "recognized" by the government as religions rather than cults such as apocalyptic cults which wish to "sacrifice" and murder individuals.
