These messages have been posted to debate on this bill:
Date | 18:41:30, January 18, 2011 CET | From | Hutorian Conservative Party | To | Debating the Armed Forces Act |
Message | Rt Hon Viscount Holding, Prime Minister, Mr Speaker, the Conservative Party does still hold the views that a strong military is needed. However we do not share the views of the FFF regarding Articles 2, 3 and 5. Hutori does not wish to become a police state and one of repression instead of liberty. I hope the House joins me in condemning this Act by not just voting against this abhorrent Bill but voicing their displeasure to the FFF. |
Date | 19:45:53, January 18, 2011 CET | From | United Civic Alliance | To | Debating the Armed Forces Act |
Message | Rt Hon Pierre du Lac, Chairman of the Imperial Democrats, Mr. Speaker, The Imperial Democrats will join the Conservatives in condemning this legislation. We too support a strong Hutori, and in turn a strong military, but this legislation will do neither. It will return Hutori to an repressive society that was removed many decades ago. We do not want to see a return to this. I yield. |
