Description[?]:

Last population survey :

=====================================================================================

Population Surveys are carried out by the Hutori Census Commission, they seek to provide the vital statistics and information regarding the Hutorian peoples. The new survey is as follows:

=====================================================================================

ETHNICITY
Since it has been well over 100 Years since there was a last nationwide population survey there have been notable changes in the ethnicity patterns. Anti-minority legislation has seen the ethnic minority percentage drop very low with the vast majority of the population now "native Hutor". Ethnic groups are listed with their traditional religions and languages.

Hutors 80% (Lutheran; Luthori)
Dutchmen 3% (Lutheran; Dutch)
Jews 3% (Jewish; Hebrew)
Mashacara 4% (Aboriginal/Lutheran; Mashacara)
Telamonese 5% (Orthodox; Telamonese)
Davostanis 3% (Catholic; Spanish/French)
Selucian Lutherans 2% (Lutheran; Latin)
Other 2% (Various; Various)

=====================================================================================

RELIGION
The sect of Swedenborgianism proved to be no more than a passing phase and has dropped out of this survey altogether. With so many of the past 100 Years dominated by anti-religous parties there has been a steep drop in religion across the board.

7% Lutheran
6% Catholic
6% Non-Lutheran Protestant
3% Jewish
1% Other
62% Atheist
15% agnostic or non-aligned.

=====================================================================================

LANGUAGE
A new category, this chart determines how many people speak a given language at a native or near-native level. Obviously, since people are capable of speaking more than one language, the percentages won't add up at all. With the state sponsored clampdown on minorities and all minority related activities it is unsurprising that there has been a fall in the number of people that speak the non native Luthori language. With the reintroduction of ethnic minorities rights the languages have once again become a part of daily life and are spreading across the state.

98% Luthori
12% Mashacara languages
9% Telamonese
6% Dutch
5% Spanish or French
4% Suddonese
3% Selucian Latin
2% Hulstrian or Dundorfian
1% Majaratan Languages (Hebrew, Arabic, etc)
7% Another language

MessageRt Hon Viscount Holding, Prime Minister,

Mr Speaker, this analysis is the official survey. We thank the Hutori Census Commission for their findings and we find this to be a suitable analysis of our peoples. I would like to make it clear that all parties are welcome to adress this subject in debate and make statements on their views of the findings. I personally belive that with policies of anti-religion, anti-minority and isolationist the reflection on the population is not tha surprising. I believe that Hutori must strive to do all it can to become once again a multi-cultural society whilst looking after our native population also.
