Message | Here, what are you doing? This has to go through, as more than 5% of seats are vacant. It's in Darnussian law. You can't go around taking the law into your own hands. That's unfair. |

Message | Besides, the results will very strongly reflect what it currently is, so you Conservatives won't loose any power with this election. Trust me. So come come, play fair. I was hoping that with the "departure" of the KKK, then everybody would follow the rules and have a nice game experience. |

Message | Article Three: If more than 5.0% of seats are vacant, an early election given the case that the general election is more than 3 months away. Sorry/. |

Message | JUST TO BE SURE we all know that voting against these elections is actually Godmodding (or, more lightly, an IC-flaw) and therefore a violation of Particracy rules? ---- 9.3 ~IN-CHARACTER FLAW: The act of contravening the rules of your IC nation with a character in speech, word or action, with ignorance to the consequences. 9.3.1 If an In-Character Flaw is made accidentally with fault accepted by the player first time, no sanction applies, with the legal consequences in the IC nation applying to the character who fell foul of it. 9.3.2 If an In-Character Flaw is highlighted, then the player continues to act in ignorance of the law and the law enforcement in RP, then it becomes a GODMOD offence as in 9.5. ---- 9.5 ~GODMODING: from GODMODifying or GODMODE; The act of RPing unfairly, unrealistically and/or ignorantly to benefit your own characters or nation at the expense of others following the rules and conventions of The Game. 9.5.1 If an unrealistic value is used in RP in situations such as, but not limited to prison sentence duration, army size, proportion of support for a minister, casualty figures, expenditures, corporate buyouts, etc, then this counts as a godmod offence per instance. 9.5.2 A breach of an international treaty or alliance without the nation or party leaving it first is, for OOC respect reasons, a godmod offence. 9.5.3 A minister acting above his or her status counts as an attempted godmod unless a retractive apology is made soon after. 9.5.4 An acknowledgment and revision of an RP value used in a godmod offence by the offending player as soon as it is highlighted will result in no sanction. 9.5.5 Ignorance of a godmod offence as defined above, 9.3.2 and 9.4.2 will result in a WARNING up to a warning per instance and the player in question being ejected from the RP. |

Message | In other words, if this does not pass, I will report those responsible for Godmodding. |

Message | Just look under the debate section. Our nations rules are all there. And here are the game rules, all 800-odd of them. http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=23 I know it's a pain, and I've had to pass early elections when I was the largest party, and ended up loosing the election. Once it;s over, we can all start to work together. Anyway, you lot will hold your massive majority anyway. |

Random fact: Players are expected to behave in a courteous, co-operative manner and make a reasonable effort to act with the consent of all players involved, even where the rules do not make consent strictly necessary. In particular, players have a responsibility to take reasonable care that other players are not misinformed either about the role-play or the Game Rules. |
