We do, however, reserve the right to call this Treaty BACK before the Senate (if we sign-on), at any point... if we feel we need to opt-out again. And, we expect all other Likatonian Parties to do the same. |

| Message | I was initially wary but I looked it over and it seems admirable. Yes, of course we should always reserve the right to opt-out of treaties. I strongly support treaties as a way to protect certain rights and extend international friendship - but the recent repeal of all of these treaties was completely within the law. |
