Message | Mr. Speaker, How are the people supposed to be equally represented when this bill clearly favors those who live in the smaller duchies? Equal representation is the only way to ensure that our populace is being represented. I yield. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, This year's election is an example of why we should change our electoral system to a more proportional one. The monarchist parties are quite simply scared of Republican opposition. We will also be stuck with the CMP, the smallest party, in power too. I yield. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, I hope you understand that, based on the bills that have been voted upon, all parties are essentially equal in terms of statistical ideology. Every party split the vote. My party does not fear republican opposition, rather, we simply do not care. While we shall defend the monarchy forever, we shall never lose. Why would we be in power? We are the smallest party. I yield. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, The Republican Party will keep your government in power unless it resigns. We are the largest party and constitutionally only we can propose governments. We want your party to be held fully responsible for imposing this regime on a once free people. How any party can not support the % of vote being equivalent to the % of seats is quite bizarre. I yield. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, While the Republican Party is the largest party in Aloria, the fact that the Republican Party does not have a majority of the total vote in Parliament requires that it would form a coalition would one of the other parties in our wonderful nation. However, it appears that such a coalition government might not be formed due to our stances concerning the monarchy in place. I yield. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Of course our government is responsible for bringing in such a glorious and cultural institution back to Aloria and the Alorian people are quite proud of it. The people are also free. How any party cannot support equality of representation is also quite bizarre. I yield. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, 50.80% of the electorate voted against the monarchy, thus the CMP's claims are invalid, people want their Republic back. Do explain how a party receiving 50.80% of the vote but only 46.53% of the seats is fair. I yield. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, One hundred percent of Aloria voted for center right and right wing political parties. Based upon the visibility of all of the parties, upon which the people base their voting on, every party in Aloria is nearly the same. You simply state you are against the monarchy, but that is just a statement. The people do not vote based upon statements, they vote based upon action. Considering the fact that you have taken no action to destroy the monarchy, the people actually voted for monarchy. All people deserve to be equally represented in Parliament. It is a key factor in representative democracy. I yield. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, The name, constitution, and manifesto of our party opposes the monarchy. I yield. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, As stated before, all peoples are stupid. They do not care what is written or stated, they only care about actions. Right now, most of the actions between all of the parties have been the same. I yield. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, We are the only party that is actively going against the monarchy. For some reason the Christian Democrats are in favour, though, are aware that the party is essentially split over the matter. I yield. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, A head of state is more of a cultural, historical, and unitary symbol. What problem do you have with that? An elected head of state would have no power anyways. I yield. |
Date | 16:02:32, January 30, 2011 CET | From | Republican Party (RM) | To | Debating the Proportional Algorithm Act of 3068 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, We would support a Presidential system in which normal Alorian people can stand to be elected as President. A democratically elected and representative head of state makes more sense than having an unelected, hereditary, aristocratic head of state. I yield. |
Date | 16:44:01, January 30, 2011 CET | From | Plaid Geidwadol Traddodiadol (PGT) | To | Debating the Proportional Algorithm Act of 3068 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, No, it does not. A President cannot represent the history, culture, and unity of the Alorian people. Only a monarch can do that. Besides, the monarch is above the aristocracy. I yield. |
