MessageHon Toby Andrews MP, Conservative Party Leader,

Mr Speaker, we believe in a division between citizenship and nationality. We believe that all immigrants should be able to gain Hutorian citizenship whenever they have lived here for the correct amount of time and are within regulations. Where i disagree is that people with no Hutorian background can claim to be nationals of this great country! The idea that Hutorian citizenship can be won is a meaningless and stupid idea proposed by the Prime Minister and his colleagues. We belive in national pride and for our population to treasure their Hutorian identity. What message are the Liberals sending out here?
