Message | Hon Toby Andrews MP, Conservative Party Leader, Mr Speaker, we feel that all children should be educated within a state school system. Children should learn the curriculum set out by policy makers in a recognised school with fully qualified teachers. Also, for the future of Hutori we must know how these children are performing in schools and monitor their progress. Under the proposed it opens the system to exageration, over eager parents and it also will effect the social well being of young Hutorians. Remember the schools system is not simply about education. It is about socialising with other Hutorians and forming the basic skills that later in life will create strong Hutorian communities. Mr Speaker, under the proposed we are seeing the destruction of Hutorian civil society for years to come. |
