Putting felons to use while teaching them virtue should always be a goal of any good nation.

With that in mind anyone serving a felony sentence in the Duchy's prisons shall be required henceforth to work on the preparation of a large wall across the entirety of our northrern border. It shall consist of two walls of steel reinforced congreate each 3 meters thick. These shall be set parallel 3 meters apart, the intervening distance to be filled wih sand, soil, or prisoner and pauper burials. Funds for the wall building materials shall come from budget surplus and the Ministry of Justice. This shall cause the illegal narcotics traffic from Solentia to cease, once and for all.

MessageThe National Rasta-Fascists support the building of a wall along the border to regulate narcotics traffic, but does not support its elimination. I and I also question the humanity of working prisoners to death and object to their mistreatment during their labor.
