MessageBut not the police, apparently? Lower Infrastructure back to 5 million, actually consider how expensive it is to collect taxes, and give IA a decent budget of 2 billion, and I will support.

((in the US, it literally costs Billions of USD to collect taxes annually. I have an exact figure somewhere, but it's at least 100 billion dollars that the government spends each year on it. Even more is spent by the private sector to deal with them.))

MessageAlso, make sure that head of government has something. Without administration, other spending is useless as corruption and waste eat it all up.

Since we collect such little taxes, why increase the IA?
All foreign affairs need is politicians to talk to others, and we see no need for other things, so this should remain the same.

10,000 should be enough to organize the very small government.

Police go under the fund for justice, so they get payed.

Random quote: "The European Union and environmental advocacy groups use global warming hysteria to advance their own special agendas. The European Union recognizes any significant reduction in CO2 emissions by the United States will significantly reduce its economic output, thereby bringing it closer to the inferior output of European nations. Environmental advocacy groups work to stifle economic and industrial progress wherever they find it to inhibit the successful advancement of peoples in developing nations, inevitably making mankind a second class citizen of planet Earth." - Dr. Jay Lehr
