Message | This bill allows the following scenario: 1. Communication workers union boss and energy union boss meet in private, to discuss their refused bribe to the head of government and the ensuing calls for a criminal trial. 2. These two men decide to call in favours with their fellow union bosses and friends. 3. Five unions in total hold "strike ballots" each with 100 or fewer of a total 15 million union members present. These elections are private, no one else knows whats going on. 4. All five unions involved pass votes to go on all out strike. One union passed it seven votes to nil, despite their 500,000 membership. 5. A general strike is held the next week and the government comes under heavy pressure while food stores empty, hospitals run on generators and the entire economy crashes. 6. The head of government is impeached and one of the union bosses is appointed to his tribunal. A thousand other scenarios are possible. All 100% legal according to this proposed law. So I vote no. |

Message | I vote no on the 2nd, There are no Union full time officials, gaining a bosses wage so if they decide to get out of line they will be decapitated by the workers Defence Force. Also All Stewards, full timers etc have a right to be re called at any time so if they try out they will get chopped. |

Message | The point being, only the word of the law can be enforced. We're talking about the stuff coup de etat's are made of. |
