MessageThis bill is outrageous. Killing government officials is an act of war. As of right now, all of them have been recalled by His Imperial Majesty. Any attempts to harm them will be met with harsh consequences. We have also gathered up all of our citizens that resided in Hutori just after the first Council in Order passed.

MessageRt Hon Mervyn Peters MP, Prime Minister of Hutori and Leader of the Ruling Hutori National Party,

Like yourselves we are the dictators in this sovereign territory of Hutori. We reserve the supreme right to do as we see fit in the interests of the Hutorian peoples. We consider this Bill to be a part of that. This is no more than the Hutorian people deserve - to see foreign conspirators eliminated from our nation! Indrala has now been undermining Hutori for decades and the HNP is putting an end to this once and for all.

MessageDictators? We are no dictators. Our people have freedom, freedom that you won't even allow your people to dream about. You have no right to kill another nation's civilians, ever. It is not moral, nor is it honorable. Any attacks on Indralan transportation leaving Hutori will be considered an act of war. Do not test us.

MessageFreedom in Indrala? Perhaps i should state a few of these so called freedoms.

1. Government owned amenities are not segregated, private organisations are free to choose. - so segregation is legal
2. The national flag may not be desecrated or used for commercial purposes. - no freedom to burn a piece of cloth in Indrala.
3. Suspects can only be tortured under grave emergencies where the information is vital. - torture is legal in Indrala also.

Some freedom....

Message1. We have a strict non-interventionist policy concerning the economy, unless it concerns morality. While private organizations are free to choose whether to segregate or not, segregation is not endorsed by the government. Besides, barely any private organization segregates individuals.
2. The flag is the symbol of the nation, thus it should be respected in all ways.
3. Indeed it is, but only under grave circumstances. This is to ensure the safety of the greater populace of Indrala.

You also failed to mention that Indrala has the freedom of speech, protest, assemble, religion, gun owning rights, education rights, and economic/property rights. Please tell us, do the Hutorian peoples have these rights?

(OOC: So since the relative amount of Indralans in Hutori was a small number, I figure that it would be relatively easy for the Indralans to escape by Indralan means. Now, did you not allow them access to escape or did you? Also, if you did allow them access to escape, did you destroy their means of transportation?)

MessageOOC : well there was the first Order of Council (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=312908). You said yourself that Indrala evacuated a large number then - and the Bill allowed you to do so peacefully. Since there are very little or none left it would take a while for the Hutorian Police to find any who would have remained. So you would be right in saying they all escaped as the borders are still open and there was a months warning.

MessageRt Hon Mervyn Peters MP, Prime Minister of Hutori and Leader of the Ruling Hutori National Party,

Currently in Hutori there is;

- A free media
- gun owning rights
- economic rights
- education rights
- healthcare rights

As for what the people do not have. Hutori believes the peoples lives will be better without things like the illusion of religion amongst other things. Plus all who abide by the law in Hutori have no reason to fear the Hutorian state.

MessageOOC: Alright, thanks.

For anyone who commits a crime, the death penalty surely awaits them as it is applied in most cases.
The police may do as they please.
The police may torture whoever they desire.
The police, regardless if the property owner desires it or not, patrols all private and public property (we do not dispute patrolling public property).
Your own flag cannot be desecrated or used for commercial purposes.
Slavery is legal.
Private property rights are nearly non-existent.
All things religious are banned.

It sounds to us that the Hutorian state may do as it pleases.

MessageIndeed it can. But the state is not infringing the liberty of anyone who has done anything incorrect or improper. The idea of religion is a fallacy. Simply a method of controlling the poor by promising them an eternal and joyous afterlife in exchange for their obedience during their mortal lives.

Innocent people who obey the law have no fear of the police coming anywhere near them. The same applys for torture and slavery. Private property will only be seized in certain circumstances i.e. criminals who are sentenced to death - the state will seize their property and sell it on to a law abiding citizen.

The state does have free reign but only those who have done something wrong will feel the full force of the Hutori state.
