| Created by the KPD's Internal Affairs Director, Alexi Tupolov.The entire process is reliant on the elections. Statthalter (Governor) & Bürgermeister (Mayor) - The majority party in the election becomes the Statthalter (Governor) of said state; the cities within that state are then divided up with 2/3 of the cities Bürgermeister's (Mayors) going to the majority party and 1/3 of the cities Bürgermeister (mayors) going to opposition parties. (Cities will be created in my renovation of Dorvik's map.) Landtag (State Parliaments) - The Landtag or State Parliaments are the official state legislatures of the states, they will be much the same of the national legislature, each Landtag holds a varied amount of seats, they are as follows: Kordusia - 137 seat Landtag Dorvan - 109 seat Landtag. Largonia - 91 seat Landtag. Miktar - 86 seat Landtag. Mothar - 77 seat Landtag. |
