In order to restore peace and prosperity to Tukarali; the Supreme Armed Forces Council (最高理事会) hereby establishes the following:

I. Tukarali State
A. The name of the nation shall now be Tǔkǎzhōu Wángguó (Kingdom of Tukarali)

II. The Monarchy
A. The monarchy is under discussion and shall be determined by a joint committe of members from the IML and the State Council. Senior General Sun Shwe will act as a Zǒngdū (Viceroy) for the time being.

III. State Council
A. The Supreme Armed Forces Council will be abolished in favour of the Guówùyuàn (State Council), the new legislative body of the state.
B. The State Council shall consist of 101 seats and will take affect next election.
