Bill: Secular Society Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Union of Work-Shy Elements
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 2144
Description[?]:
Public officials wearing religious items creates the impression of governmental preference for one religion over others and a general lack of objectivity. We must not allow minority religious groups to be marginalized in Kundrati society. Doing so only stores up problems for the future. |

Old value:: There are no laws regulating the wearing of religious clothing and the wearing of religious symbols.
Current: There are no laws regulating the wearing of religious clothing and the wearing of religious symbols.

Message | OOC: See, this is where the Religious-Secular Scale is messed up. If I vote no on this, as it is my belief that the status quo does not prohibit any particular religious item, but allows all to be worn equally, I will be seen as Religious insted of Secular, even though I'm not favoring any religion over the other and am giving all equal representation. IC: We've taken a newly hardline stance on religion. We'll support this. |

Message | We are still in support of this move. No gods, no masters - but if we're still having masters, at least keep them out of the gods business. |
