Description[?]:
The second leading parties in Aloria have come up with a soloution. Kurmal is divided into 2 zones, firstly the southern half is given to Dorvik and the Northern Half to Aloria. This ensures the highest proportion of appropriate citizens are within their own nation. There will be chance for Dorvik citizens to move out of the Northern zone into the southern zone and for the Alorian citizens the same applies. This bill also calls for a non-agression pact between Aloria and Dorvik. when this bill is passed the transfer of power should be immediate. |
