Messagewe do not support this bill as it restricts the freedom of children to buy fireworks, get drunk and smoke. this is a dreadful attack on human rights!

MessagePeople? So both the SCI and the CFP are okay with tobacco and alcohol being sold to 6-year old children?! Heck, why don't we let them decide and give consent or not to sexual relations. This is quite disgusting.

MessageThat is correct, I am indeed.

I support that as well. There should be no regulations concerning sexual consent. Coercion or Inability to Consent should be determined on a case-by-case basis in the courts if there are parties who feel wronged or harmed.

MessageYes I am fine with it, probation does not work. Besides a 6 year old doesnt have the money to buy drugs, maybe when there 12ish they might have the money. but given there age theyll fall asleep after the first beer.

I support a consent law that states consent starts at the onset of puberty.

MessageOOC: @CFP: Please tell me that you are in first or second grade and that your teachers just haven't started teaching you proper spelling yet... because if you are older than that, they ought to fire all of your old teachers for gross negligence.

THEIR vs. THERE!!!!!

THEIR = MY, YOUR, HIS, HER, OUR***
THERE = THAT PLACE, THAT LOCATION

OUR = MY, YOUR, HIS, HER, THEIR
ARE = THEY ARE ADJECTIVEY, DAYS ARE LONG

So. Much. BS.

Firstly, CFP, the onset of puberty occurs at different ages in different individuals and in no way is anyone sufficiently sexually mature to actually start having sex without a negative impact on their development before at least 16 or 17.

Secondly, 6 year olds can always steal the money from their parents, or a teenager or older child with money could buy it for them (did I really need to explain that? Really?). And do you have any idea the sort of impact that alcohol addiction, which is absolutely a possibility, could have on their cognitive development at that age? Do you?

Thirdly, SCI, so how would you deal with cases of abuse? In your extremely disturbing world it would be legal for an adult to have sex with a child it would be virtually impossible to secure a conviction.

Message@SCI Does it look like I care how poor my english is?

@A&L Yes, which is why we have to manage it on a case by case basis.

Yes I do, and I dont support this in RL, this is a game. In RL I dont support it being legal to sell drugs to people below the age of 14/16, but I dont support criminal prosuction.

Message"Thirdly, SCI, so how would you deal with cases of abuse?"

As I stated above, it would be dealt with like any other civil lawsuit case, like sexual harassment. One party brings suit against another party. Claims are investigated, and so forth. But it is completely absurd to hold all people to the same one sexual consent age, when the age of maturity varies widely between people. Some people can begin to explore sexuality at a very young age, some at a later age. If there is abuse, we'll handle it on a case-by-case basis. But when 20 year olds are being thrown in jail for 19 years for having sex with their partner who happens to be 16, is insane and draconian.

Obviously not, but it will be extremely difficult for you to find a worthwhile job making such fundamental mistakes.
