| In response to the Hutorian army killing innocent Telamonese civilians (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=4018&start=20#p27980), the Order urges the government to take these steps: The Ministry of Internal Affairs is to find 10 Hutorians for each member of the Cult that was murdered and to arrange their being sacrificed at the soonest possible time to Shuzzag-Khân to prevent his wrath from destroying the hole continent. These sacrifices are not to be chosen among the prisoners but among the richest and most renowned Hutorians in Telamon. |
