The Order of Christian Luthori Workers presents this Act to the Imperial Diet in the spirit of defense of worker's rights. The free market policies embraced in the Holy Empire for centuries have strengthened the stratification of Luthori society. The government must protect the Luthori worker from exploitation at the hands of private enterprise. |
