Recent tragic events in Jelbania have highlighted the dangers of gun ownership. Jelbania allows gun ownership, albeit under more lax laws than we have, however we have the chance to avert such a tragedy from repeating itself in our country. |

Old value:: Adult individuals may own guns under strict license conditions.
Current: Adult individuals are allowed to own and purchase guns freely.
Proposed: Adult individuals may not own firearms unless professionally required.
