| Message | Given the peaceful climate we find ourselves in, in addition to the rapidly declining population of the Republic, we believe we can afford this budget that cuts certain areas. We will vote in favor. However, we will not rule out working on a budget of our own or a budget with our allies that could potentially also be voted on.
