MessageWe at the Eredian Party respectfully disagree with the Highazhell Party's statement. Registering animals with the local government will ensure that animal cruelty and population control are effectively and efficiently enforced.

MessageThe Eradian party brings up a good issue, we at the Highazhell party absolutely support the funding of animal rescue and shelter programs. At the same time we don't think the burden should only be put on animal owners, taxing them because they took the initiative and responsibility to house an animal might discourage adoptions. All of Rutania should be responsible for the health and well being of its furry friends

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature.
