| For unspeakable crimes committed against His Imperial and Most Excellent Majesty Emperor Siegmund I of Luthori and Mordusia and the realm of Holy Luthor, all full members of the the organization known as the "Alliance", all members of the Social Democratic Party, the Conservative Values Party and the Conservative Populist Party as well as anyone else who is deemed to have acted against the established order and in favour of revolution during the failed September Revolution will be declared an Enemy of the Crown and stripped of any and all rights. It is to be known that the members of the WCP and the OCLW are at this point granted amnesty for any treasonous action they may have committed during the revolution. | Message | Mr Speaker, The ODS does not believe that it will be able to catch every single revolutionary. We also understand that the Enemy of the Crown status signed by the Secretary of State for Security should be interpreted within reason, most notably, all the members of the OCLW and WCP as previously mentioned will be granted amnesty. Those members form a majority of the then-revolutionaries, so the task of hunting down the remaining traitors is much easier. I yield. |
