Message | Rt Hon Liam Quinlan, Prime Minister, Mr Speaker, i believe that there is no justification possible for permitting the Hutorian Police Force to do whatever the hell they want. With all institutions, there needs to be responsibility and accountability and i believe that the police should only have restricted powers. The people of Hutori cannot feel safe in their homes anymore with the status quo. We in the Conservative Party believe that while society is the most important part of Hutori, it should be a voluntary agreement and those who do not wish to be a part or choose to break the rules must pay for. By reducing the powers of the police, the Hutorian people can have the safe sense of security from the state - but also from criminal activity. |
