Message | Rt Hon Duke Quinlan, HCP Leader, Mr Speaker, we see this Bill as an important one, that all members of the House should vote in favour of. The reduction of state intervention makes it beneficial for all the Hutorian people, who are either in the Hutorian education system or having children who will soon become a part of the system. Mr Speaker, we see this as a radical overhaul of the Hutorian education system, we welcome this reform and urge the House to pass it. |
