| Message | Mr. Speaker, We recognise that the slaughter of animals is an important cultural rite amongst many of Dorvik's ethnic minorities. Therefore, we feel that there is a need for policy such as this. Obviously, the slaughter will be regulated by standards that protect the welfare of the animal. |
