MessageWe invite the Kordt-Aselian Star Alliance to offer their technical expertise to our Environment, Science and Technology, and Infrastructure Ministries.

At the request of coalition partners, we have reassigned the Foreign Affairs ministry to the SCI, who we expect will maintain the tradition of pacifism which has guided Ikradonian foreign policy for decades.

I ask relevant parties to act quickly to vote up or down on this proposal. If it fails, we will make a second attempt after the upcoming elections.

MessageOur apologies--we have given IMC Science and Technology, while KASA has Food and Agriculture.

MessageEven though we were not aware of the Foreign Affairs request and change, for reasons unbeknownst to us, we understand the haste, and respect the decision. Minister Arterius would inform the incoming minister about the current events, specially the Artanian Summit. (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=4188)

We support this temporary alliance with questionable parties like IMC and KASA, for the sake of representative governance.

MessageMight we ask, however, how come the Foreign Affairs Minister was wanted out? The partners can remain anonymous.

MessageChancellor Shepard is welcome to appoint Minister Arterius as his personal envoy to the remainder of the Summit--particularly since the summit invites heads of state to participate. There was, however, some apprehension about his handling of the Beiteynu matter that we have chosen to allay as a means of maintaining coalition unity. I thank Minister Arterius for his service and look forward to his continuing work in the best interest of Ikradon's international image.

We shall indeed. Open communication, peace, and fraternity with all nations and exclusive contracts with none shall be our goal.

OOC: Indeed, I know you enjoy these events more than I do, so I would be more than happy to have you continue as delegate to the summit.

OOC: If you guys need an extra (however many votes I have at the time) for a coalition, just stick me in one of the non-functional ones and I'll still support. I hate replacing parties who enjoy their posts. But we'll see after the election how everything turns out. :)

Good Luck all! See you on the other side.

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass.
