| My fellow Rutanians, it has come to our attention that Dorvik is imposing several embargoes/sanctions on us for no reason at all. Dorvik is also expelling our citizens and taking their possessions from them and are threatening war on us in order to establish there socialist doctrine; a doctrine not seen since the late 2900s. On that note, we must retaliate by doing the following : *All Dorvik citizens are hereby required to leave Rutania within 6 months *Failure to do so will lead to said person being executed Signed, Paul Woodward Minister of Foreign Affairs |

| Message | Dear Fellow Rutanian Parties, As the President of Dorvik I would like to defend the actions of myself, my National Assembly and my Government. First though, I would like to respond to the false declarations Mr. Paul Woodward has said about Dorvik. Dorvik is a peaceful nation and has been up to this point. We in no way dream of war in any shape or size and we certainly do not want to go to war to establish our "Socialist Doctrine". Simple proof is recent talks with Aloria and Kirlawa about economic, social and military alliances which shows how cooperative and peaceful Dorvik is. On the other hand, Dorvik has been a Socialist nation for over 150 years and the recent strong government positions of the leftist parties had ensured it stays that way. This system benefits Dorvik as it benefits Ikradon for example - but I have seen in insults going their way. Continuing, I have pressed for Trade Embargoes and radical action as I have with the Luthori situation to expel citizens of the unfriendly nations origin. The following message: ""Dear members of this summit, Rutania will not be attending the summit as long as the socialist scum known as Dorvik is present. We will consider joining these talks when Dorvik decides to either leave these talks or join the rest of Terra and take up capitalism. Also, Rutania would urge all Artanian nations to watch out for Dorvik; their recent increase in defense spending suggests they will be invading a nation in the near future as an effort to spread their crazy ideology of socialism to more nations." Henry Williams Ambassador for Rutania" ...fully justifies why Dorvik has begun this radical action. It is important to address the issue, that we do not resort to aggressive and horrible measures such as execution. If your citizens refuse to leave - they shall be deported. That's as far as Dorvik goes in its policy against Rutanian citizens in the normal case scenario. All Dorvish citizens will be leaving Rutania before the 6 month period and my government will ensure to that but this is Rutania's first and last warning - if even one Dorvish citizen dies at the hands of the Rutanian government orders, Rutania will have to face the consequences of their actions. | Message | The Crimson Eagles will not support any overzealous reactions against Dorvik, especially since this whole fiasco was caused by Mr Woodward's paranoia and aggression. Also, the DRP's stretching of the truth serves to undermine its credibility. |
