| As the Rutanian Ambassador has proceeded to call our nation "Socialist Scum" and proceed with other insults of our glorious nation which came from the Rutanian government, we the Volkspartei call for the following: Article I - All Rutanian Companies are to be shut/closed and their accounts frozen. - All Rutanian Imports, and all our exports are to stop and a Trade Embargo is to be set on Rutania. Article II - All accounts of Rutanian Citizens shall be frozen. - All possessions of Rutanian Citizens shall be taken over by the state and their fate decided from that point on. - All Rutanian Citizens are to be immediately leave the country. If they refuse they shall be deported. - Any Rutanian citizen that escapes deportation shall be subjected to jailing at the Prosecutors and Judges discretion. Article III - The Ambassador of Rutania to Dorvik and his employees are subjected to the same as mentioned in Article II if they are Rutanian Citizens. - The Embassy of Rutania is seized by Dorvik upon passing of this bill and its fate shall be decided from that point on. Article IV - All diplomatic relations are meant to stop immediately, state related or not. - Any Dorvish citizens in Rutania are meant to return to the homeland immediately. This shall enter force once passed. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, I wish to inform the Volkskammer that the Foreign Minister of Affairs to Rutania has threaten to execute Dorvish citizens if Dorvik does not form a new Capitalistic government. We have already begun a process of removing Dorvish citizens out of Rutania for their safety. Thank you. |

| Message | Fellow Dorvik Parties, The Crimson Eagles will vote against their trade embargo bill against Dorvik, with the assurance of a Volkspartei reciprocation. And although we do not speak for any of the other parties, we are confident that most of them will side with the voice of reason and not entrench us any farther into the muck the DRP has dug. We would also like to give our condolences for the unnumbered Dorvish dead. Their lost lives will never be replaced. The Crimson Eagles' paramilitary will do everything to assist in the departure of those still living. We will do everything in our power to stop this genocide.
