| Message | Mr. Speaker, We would rather like to see a budget which reduces the Environment and Tourism sector, Internal and Foreign Affairs and possibly finance, instead for the ones which reduce the capabilities of our local governments, reduce education and cultural standards and denies important thins like Health and Social Services and Transport and Infrastructural. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, In normal circumstances we would be cutting the departments the RV suggests, but the fact is that those departments are very poorly funded already and we are loathe to cut them any further! If you look at the maths, making any significant cuts to our budget has to involve cuts to the areas of health, education and science. |
