MessageRt Hon Duke Quinlan MP, Prime Minister of Hutori,

Mr Speaker, this is the first comprehensive Constitution of Hutori. It outlines the way Hutori should be operated and ensures Hutori will remain a Constitutional Monarchy under the provisions that historically have been in Hutoris best interests. We believe this Constitution completely covers all aspects of the Hutorian political system and anything missing can be proposed in this House to amend the Constitution.

Mr Speaker, this will be a historic Bill if it passes and i believe this will ensure Hutorian tradition and prosperity for the future.
